SHIPPING EXPLAINED

At Truzealia we charge a flat shipping rate for all Truzealia New Zealand made products World Wide.

The cost is $20 Australian and $5 for each additional item.

Small Items

Small items such as pacifier/dummy clips are charged at a flat rate of $10.00  World Wide.

Goods are set through Australia Post and you will be advised when the goods are posted and given a tracking number.

Just make sure your email address is correct.

Digital Items

No shipping as the file is sent as an invoice with download link after payment is received.

Customs Taxes and Duty

You as the customer are responsible for any customs taxes and duty. If you want to return products you are also responsible for any shipping. It is best to contact us first.
